Mrs Chin has almost emptied her garage and we have still run out of boxes, pots, caps etc! Please can you send in your clean junk modelling stuff and we will transform it (just ask Daisy's mum!!) no egg cartons or toilet roll tubes thank you.

All children have had their reading assessed this week and we have seen some super progress. In order to get our assessments completed, children may have read on a different day to usual and may not have had book bags with them. If you would like to change books or collect additional ones, you are welcome to come into school on Friday evenings and we do encourage children to change their reading books regularly themselves.

Our homework this week is focusing on number formation and matching letter sounds to names of letters. Please can you spend some time this weekend encouraging your children to complete these tasks?

Here is a video the children might like to watch about number formation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUSJQm4XLO4

and another one with the alphabet on: http://www.ngfl-cymru.org.uk/vtc/ngfl/ngfl-flash/alphabet-eng/alphabet.htm

Have a lovely weekend.
